Each 3-step package is customized to meet the needs of your child
Step 01
In-depth questionnaire and evaluation
This comprehensive questionnaire will give us information about your family routine and your child’s sleep habits, bedtime routine, temperament, and schedule. We will use this information to create a sleep plan that is 100% customized to fit YOUR family’s needs.
Step 02
60-90 minute one-on-one consultation
We will walk you through your personalised sleep plan, which you can begin immediately. We will explain how to approach bedtime, what to do when your child wakes during the night, and how to handle naptime. We will address everything else you need to know to have a clear understanding of the process and be successful!
Step 03
One-on-one private coaching
In order to make sure you never feel alone or “stuck” during this process, you will receive 2 to 3 full weeks of coaching via scheduled phone calls, e-mail, and messages. We will check your sleep logs on a daily basis to ensure everything is on track, address any roadblocks that may arise, and adjust the plan as needed. Once your little one is sleeping better, you will receive a “Nanna A Porter Support Kit” as a reference to guide you through any future challenges.
Newborn NAP
“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!”
Congratulations! If your little one is less than four months old, or if you are expecting a new baby and want to get off to a great sleep start, this is the package for you!
Teaching your baby healthy sleep habits from the beginning of his or her life is a wise decision that will reap benefits for years to come.

Infant NAP
“Will my baby ever sleep?”
Those first few months were filled with feeding, changing diapers, and likely a lot of rocking and walking your baby to sleep. If your little one is between the ages of 4-12 months and you have grown tired of waiting for baby to sleep through the night, this package is for you!
Babies will NOT outgrow sleep difficulties; in fact, research shows that 84% of babies who have sleep difficulties will continue to do so for up to three years.

Toddler NAP

As your infant grows into a toddler, they learn and develop new strategies to get their wants and needs met. If your child is between 1 and 3 years old and you are experiencing sleep challenges like bedtime stalling, climbing out of bed, or boundary testing, then this package is for you!
Many of these behaviors are expected as children grow and change from dependent infants to independent little people.
Let’s foster this independence by working together to create a support plan that teaches them how to sleep!

Child NAP
“Sleep deprived, but still alive.”
It has been years since you’ve had an uninterrupted night’s sleep. If your child is 3 years old or older and you are experiencing challenges such as laying with them in bed, having them come find you at night, or night waking, then this package is for you!
You may have resigned yourself to sleep deprivation as a way of life, thinking it’s too late to teach your child how to sleep independently.
We have good news: this couldn’t be further from the truth! We can create and work on a plan that ensures both you and your child achieve restful sleep.

- Including your child in the discussion to get them motivated and invested in the plan.
- Identifying and eliminating sleep props.

Take part in a comprehensive and personalized sleep consultation with our 45-minute video call. We can take a deep dive into your sleep-related questions and concerns and provide immediate feedback and guidance.
This option is ideal for troubleshooting sleep issues for children who have already mastered independent sleep (meaning they can fall asleep on their own, without parental presence or sleep aids) and need some help navigating schedule changes, nap drops, regressions, sleep space transitions, and more!
Our goal is to share our expertise and help you navigate through sleep-related issues with confidence!
